When you realize that one of your favorite donut shops is around the block from where you’re taking photos you seize the moment and do a photo shoot with a sugary sprinkled snack and you don’t look back! I’m 100% a dessert fiend and if I had to choose dinner or dessert, dessert wins 9 out of 10 times. I’m not the tiniest and I’m sure most ladies would probably shy away from posting photos of themselves on the internet for everyone to see devouring something not so good for them, but life’s short, eat the donuts!
While we’re on the body topic I wanted to take a second and thank everyone for the amazing response I got on my post about loving your body in July. It’s still being shared and commented on everyday and I LOVE hearing what everyone has to say about it. So many of you had told me that you feel the exact same way, but never knew how to put it into words, and felt like what I said in my post was exactly how you felt about the whole body image topic. I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone and life is all about balance. You can eat a donut in the morning and then go to the gym in the afternoon. You can hit your 10,000 steps on your FitBit and have a second (or third) slice of pizzal
Life’s short, eat the donuts…and don’t take yourself too seriously!
