Who else loves buying ALL the tropical clothes before going on vacation? I’m headed to Punta Cana next week with my family and my cart (on multiple websites) is FILLED with crop tops and skirts and swimsuits and all things bright and bold. And I’ll wear everything on vacation and take a bajillion photos, but then I’ll get home and they’ll collect dust in the corner of my closet until next my next trip.
I can’t be the only one that does this? I know Megan does, so today’s post is ALL about how to rewear your vacation wardrobe at home! I paired my favorite Summer vacation bag and this tropical printed skirt that you think would be vacation only pieces with a black and white polka dot crop top for a fun mixed pattern look that would be perfect for a Girls Night Out! I can’t wait to wear this skirt with a vintage t-shirt knotted at the waist and some sneakers too! This baby is way to fun and versatile to be reserved just for vacation!
Megan paired her tropical print maxi with a large straw bag and lace up sandals, a look that can go right from the beach to home at the farmer’s market. So wearable no matter where you are, so why reserve it just for vacation?
Would you rewear your vacation wardrobe favorites to wear at home? Like I mentioned above I’m currently shopping for Punta Cana and here are some items I’m eyeing:
