common questions I get asked is “How do you keep your teeth so white?”
Considering I take up close photos of myself on a daily basis and post them on
the Internet for the world to see (and comment on) it’s important for me to
keep my smile in tip top shape. How do I do it…well first off let me just say I
love going to the dentist. I religiously go every 6 months and I would probably
go more if my insurance covered it. And obviously I brush and floss twice a day
(If you’re not flossing at least once a day, start now! I have terrible gums
and I’ve basically reversed all the damage I did when I was younger by doing
this!), but all of that just isn’t enough to protect against stains on my
teeth. I love my tea, coffee and wine and I’m not prepared to give it up for a

I love going to the dentist too! Everyone calls me a freak, but I'm glad I'm not alone 🙂 I love caring for my teeth. I have had braces, invisilign, and professional whitening 3 times. I use whitening mouthwash everyday. Unfortunately I have gum disease, so no matter what, I am going to start losing my teeth in about 10 years 🙁 But that's ok, I will just get perfectly white and straight implants so my teeth will always look perfect 🙂
