I know everyone is obsessed with capturing the perfect Fall foliage photo, so I figured why not create my own Fall foliage! The leaves took FOREVER to turn in lower New York and I was beginning to think that we wouldn’t see any thanks to the unseasonable warm weather we’ve been having. But alas, in the first week of November, we finally got a pretty awesome burst of it! I’ve been toying with the idea of doing a Fall foliage manicure for a couple years, but I never got around to it, and after seeing a few awesome ones on Pinterest this year I figured I would go for it.
I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out! The leaves were definitely a little challenging to paint over this chunky gold glitter polish, but overall it’s pretty awesome and SO seasonally appropriate!
Last month I did my very first step-by-step nail tutorial and since everyone seemed to love it I figured I would make it a regular thing. I totally understand the appeal and I’m glad that I finally found a lighting set up that works so that I can take clear and well light step-by-step photos of each step I took to create this fall foliage manicure! So scroll down and let me know what you think! I made the photo tutorial one large graphic so you can pin it for later!
