Doing your makeup yourself for prom?? This is the look for you!!
Its all about smudging & you don’t have to be a pro to do that!!! Shades of brown & bronze are the easier colors to work with because they aren’t too harsh & they give you that “super glam without even trying” look! Lining your waterline & adding lots of black mascara amps up this look & makes it prom perfect!

- Moisturize skin with mark. For Goodness Face Moisturizer & prime your face with mark. Primed for Perfection Face Primer to prep skin for foundation. Using a Foundation Brush apply mark. Minareal Cream to Powder Foundation to entire face. Contour with mark. Bronze Pro in Pro Glow by applying it to hollows of cheeks and around hairline.
- Prep lid with Please Hold Eye Primer. Swipe color 4 (middle row, left color) from mark. On the Dot Bold Palette on entire lid and along lower lashes then blend shade 2 (top row, middle color) into crease. Highlight under brow with shade 1 (top row, left color). Line upper lashes with mark. No Place to Run Eyeliner in Jet Set & smudge immediately with finger, enhance smokey look by blending shade 7 (botton row, left color) into upper lashes. Line waterline with Jet Set too! Swipe upper & lower lashes with 2 coats of mark. Lash All You Want Mascara in black.
- Set foundation and bronzer with mark. Set Things Right Loose Powder. Highlight cheekbones, nose & above lips by applying mark. Exotic Beauty Face Mosaics.
- Apply mark. Make It Rich Lip Color Crayon in Naturally to lips & top with mark. Glow Baby Glow Lip Gloss in Peek a Boo to finish look.

I used to only be able to take them outside. Now my trick for taking them inside is to do them when the most natural light is coming through my windows. I do use the flash but I've had to play with the settings on my camera to make the photos come out as true to the actual colors as possible. Lots of trial & error & a tripod and trigger are a must =)
