I can’t believe Gossip Girl is over! It was one of those shows I grew up with (and helped me break the never ending cycle of yoga pants & sweatshirts I wore in college) and it seriously makes me sad knowing that there won’t be a new episode next Monday night!
Total Spoiler Alert ((and I apologize now for the improper use of punctuation & lack of full sentences)) for all of those who haven’t seen the finale but can we discuss Gossip Girl’s identity??? I’m not going to lie for some reason I thought they were going to reveal it was either Jenny or Dan, but the past few weeks I totally thought it was going to be Jenny so they’d have a reason to bring her back for the finale. But Lonely Boy as GG…definitely the perfect ending. & how about the Rachel Bilson and Kristen Bell cameo! & HENRY…they couldn’t have cast a better little boy to play Blair & Chuck’s son!
& I guess the CW Network Marketing Department did pretty good by showing 3000 sneak peeks & commercials for The Carrie Diaries because I’m kinda excited for it to premiere. I hope it’ll fill that void for an extreme fashion filled series that I crave now thanks to Gossip Girl ((I can totally get inspiration from the craziness that was the 80s…I mean HELLO how about the tulle skirt that has been circling the blogosphere).
