When I sat down and started applying makeup for this week’s mark. Makeup Monday I had no intention of it looking like this, but I had “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” (don’t ask) on the TV in the background and somehow this is how it ended up. While I’m not dressing up as a vampire this Halloween ((I actually don’t know if I’m dressing up at all thanks to Hurricane Sandy)) it was still fun creating this & I hope someone can draw inspiration from it for their costume!
Now looking back at the pictures this look isn’t as vampy as I thought it was…in the mirror my eyes seemed heavier & my lips seemed darker…
As always its mark. Monday & all the products I used to create this look are mark.
- Wet brush & apply lightest shade from Star Status Eyeshadow Palette in Earth Angel (last seen HERE) to inner corner of lid, then using a flat eyeliner brush apply it thick along lower lashes. Then apply black shade from Star Status Eyeshadow Palette in Meteor Showers (last seen HERE) to rest of lid & closely along lower lashes thinner than brown line. Take a blending brush and use lightest shade from Earth Angel Palette in crease and blend with black. Highlight under brow with iMark in Whisper then swap mark. Mini Mark It Stick in Pink Opal right under brow. Apply 2 coats of mark. Lash Act Mascara on upper & lower lashes. (Check out my review of mark. Lash Act Mascara.)
- Moisturize skin with mark. For Goodness Face Moisturizer & prime your face with Primed for Perfection Face Primer to prep skin for foundation. Using a Foundation Brush apply Got the Goods Multi-Benefit Foundation Lotion SPF 15 to entire face. Apply Conceal For Real Concealer under eyes & around nose. Set the foundation with Matte-Nificent Oil Absorbing Powder.
- Apply Just Blushing Powder Blush in Cameo along cheek bones
- Apply Lipclick in Whiney to finish look.

Jackie, that is a great look! I love the eyeshadow and lip color. Be safe with Hurricane Sandy. I've been watching the coverage and feel for anyone in her path. I'm so use to hurricanes here in New Orleans. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
