By now you should know that my usual holiday M.O. is over the top red and green and sparkle and sequins, but every once in a while I like to tone it down (just a teeny tiny bit). And this Rebecca Taylor dress is amazing enough on it’s own, so with just a few finishing touches it became my favorite non-traditional holiday outfit of the year. And while there may not be anything that screams holiday about it, luxe fabric and pattern, my sparkly statement earrings and of course these go-to suede OTK boots make this look totally festive.
O and I forgot to mention…this dress doesn’t wrinkle! That’s a HUGE plus in my book. There’s literally nothing worse than putting on your favorite dress and half way through the party looking like a wrinkly mess. No need to worry about that with this one!
And can we talk about this Brahmin mini bag really fast. It’s even better in person that it is in photos! The color is so vibrant, yet wearable and it is the perfect size for all your essentials. I’m not a huge fan of carrying a clutch all the time, so this top handle bag is small enough to be party appropriate, but way more convenient and more comfortable to hold!
Now this Rebecca Taylor dress is a complete dream but I know it may be a little out of some of my followers price range and many of you asked if I could find similar options with a lower price tag when I shared a sneak peek of this on Instagram, so I’ve rounded up 14 of my favorites (including this one that I might pick up myself)!! I LOVE hearing from you guys, so if you ever have any questions, suggestions or just want to say HI leave me a comment or email me!
