If you couldn’t tell by the vast amount of Halloween content that I post, Halloween is hands down my favorite holiday. It takes place in the perfect season, it’s only a few short weeks after my birthday and it’s an excuse to play dress up! Not really sure how it’s not everyone’s favorite. Lauren and I have been catching the most amazing sunsets while shooting by the water in Westchester, NY & Fairfield, CT (This photo was taken at Playland Beach in Rye, NY & if you can believe it is barely edited). We’ve been so spoiled and have been lucky enough to have great weather and enough daylight to take photos on the weekdays during the golden hour, but sadly that’s all going to end this weekend when the clocks go back! I guess it’s back to only shooting on the weekend! ((insert sad face emoji))
At this point you shouldn’t be surprised that there’s at least one bartaco reference in my monthly Life Lately post. First we learned they have an app that you can order take out from, conveniently two nights before my birthday, then they reposted this photo I took last year for about the 18th time. I really don’t understand how I’m not a they’re official spokesperson yet?
In other news, I turned 28 this month. 27 was pretty uneventful so while I’m happy to kiss it goodbye and embark on a new year, I can’t believe I actually have to say I’m 28. 27 is just so much nicer of a number and so much closer to 25 than 28.
