My right eye is killing me. I drove to work yesterday bitching the entire time that the second I actually pulled into work I went to the drugstore. I stood in front of the “Eye Care” section staring for about 10 minutes before I finally called my mom and asked her what to do. I ended up getting these ridiculous eyedrops that requires me to not wear my contacts for 30 minutes. Let me just explain…me without my contacts is me not being able to see a foot in front of me. So I attempted to work ((key word being attempted)) for thirty minutes without contacts. I literally was sitting on my knees, hunched over my desk, squinting at the screen…I swear you can’t make this stuff up. So 30 minutes passes and I put my contacts back in…let me rephrase I put my left in, then when I tried to put my right in it felt like someone was stabbing me with a knife. Long story short ((not so short considering you just read the long part)) I spent 6 hours of my day with 1 contact in. Not only was I partially blind, but I felt ((and probably looked)) cross-eyed. And driving home…well that adventure would take an entire other post to explain.
