Any outdoor space, from a small balcony to a spacious garden, can act as an extension of your interior and a valuable extra “room.” Yet often when it comes to decorating it I find many of us just throw some outdoor furniture together and don’t even think about style or color.

A romantic dinner doesn’t have to be limited to the inside of your home (or a restaurant). A simple outdoor table can be transformed by using an elegant tablecloth, your inside tableware and an interesting centerpiece.
I can’t think of a better way to relax than on a hammock, the overheard lighting makes this one the perfect place to “hang out” during the day or at night!
Vibrant colors help celebrate the warm summer days, so let’s take it outside as much as possible this season. And don’t think you have to have a large backyard to entertain, you just have to get creative! These 4 spaces are perfect examples of how to create a bright, fun outdoor atmosphere in a smaller space.
