I don’t know if it’s the fact that I’m turning 30 this year or the fact that I’m itching to buy a house (actually let’s be serious I live in New York I’ll probably be buying an apartment), but I’ve been pinning photos to my secret “Dream House”ย Pinterest Board at rapid speed lately. My home decor style is all over the place, I blame it on my mom being an interior decorator and always changing up things in our home growing up, but one thing I know for sure is that I absolutely want a beautifully tiled bathroom. What kinda of tile, I’m not quite sure, but after doing my fair share of late night black holeย browsing I’m pretty confident that I’ve rounded up the 15 best tiled bathrooms on Pinterest!
Whether you’re looking for simple white subway tile, luxe marble, black and white mosaic or colorful Moroccan inspired tiles this post will definitelyย get the creative juices flowing. And I apologize in advance if these 15 amazing tiled bathrooms just made your renovation decisions even harder!

Black and white mosaic tile floors andย simpleย white subway tile walls go together like peanut butter and jelly. Even with a busy patterned floor the overall look of the entire bathroom is very minimalistic and clean. I love that you can see by scrolling through these few photos that no matter what hardware color you go with (gold, chrome, even matte black) this combination is perfect and so classic.

Why limit this gorgeous patterned tile to just the floor? I’m in love with the way these roomsย brought the intricate tile you’re used to seeing on a floor onto an accent wall. Whether you decide on colored or black & white, large or small, all patterned tiles look just as great on a wall as they do on a floor.

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while then you know one of my favorite sayings is, “Go bold or go home” and that statement 100% applies to my love of tiled bathrooms. The colorful Moroccan inspired tiles in the photos below are literally making me swoon. They are so classic, yet so bold and so perfectly me!
So how do you think I did putting together this list of the best tiled bathrooms on Pinterest? Did I nail all the different styles or did I miss one of your favorite decorating ideas? Leave me a comment and let me know!

Sorry, you are right I did it to you, lol. All the bathrooms you pined are gorgeous! Love the idea of a subt wall tile with a bold floor tile. I’ve used that fish wallpaper in a client’s powered room, loved it ๐๐ป

I’m sick of subway tile. Never understood the appeal. Why would anyone want their bathroom modeled after a subway??? Ewww….

I understand that subway tile might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but there’s actually a really interesting back story as to why these tiles were initially used in subways and homes. Definitely worth looking up and reading about!

I guess no-one knows where to purchase the yellow patterned bathroom tile? Love it
Jackie Giardina says
Sadly I don’t know where the yellow is from, I can only find Moroccan tile in black, gray and blue. Here’s the link for the blue: http://bit.ly/2NpA8uv
You could also use a stencil and paint a white tile yellow =)

I’m noticing that no one used floorboards (kick plates? not sure the right word) and/or tile crown moulding. Is it just out of fashion or does it make the room seem shorter? I’m picturing subway tiles with black floorboards and crown
Jackie Giardina says
I think it’s just a style preference. I’ve seen a lot with and a lot without. Personally my bathroom is very small so I wouldn’t want to “shorten” it with black borders on top and bottom.
