It may be the first day of Fall, but it’s still hot AF out and I’m just not going to sweat my ass off wearing Fall stuff to take photos because there are just too many great items in my closet that can easily transition from late Summer to early Fall! Case in point this dark navy floral maxi is perfect to wear now with sandals and later with a leather jacket and knee high boots! I packed it for Labor Day Weekend getaway to Lake George and it was the perfect outfit to unofficially kiss Summer goodbye in!

If you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat (my brother and I’s carpool karaoke session on the ride up was probably the highlight) then you know I spent Labor Day Weekend with my family at The Sagamore in Lake George! I’ve been there about five times over the past few years and it’s literally one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. If you ever find yourself in the New York Adirondack Region I highly suggest visiting, the lake itself is beyond beautiful and the resort is as perfect as you can get! I’m dying to head back up during the Fall because not only is it the perfect Summer vacation destination, it’s also perfect for Fall weekend getaway to see the leaves change!
