I’m going sheer for Fall and you should too because we’re just about 1 month into this wonderful Fall season and we’ve had exactly 1 day with actual “Fall” weather. And if you couldn’t tell my the state of my hair in these photos, this day was not that day! So instead of bitching about the weather I’m going to just make my Fall wardrobe a little more high temperature and humidity appropriate with a few new sheer pieces!
This sheer embroidered top is clearly a new favorite! I wore it during Fashion Week and then about 5 more times since and every time I put it on I fall in love with it even more. I love the vintage feel of the embroidery (if you didn’t know vintage florals are also another big trend for Fall), and I love the peplum shape. It also looks and feels super expensive, but at only $79 it’s quite the steal. I’ve been wearing it with the lace bralette from Aerie, but I definitely plan on layering it over a black bra for a more edgy look or a tank once the weather gets a little cooler.
And I kinda love how it matches my cotton candy pastel pink hair…because let’s be serious, when you dye your hair pink, you pretty much plan your outfits around what will highlight your hair the most!
Now that I’ve shared my obsession with this embroidered top and sheer pieces in general are you going sheer for Fall too? Here are a few more super affordable pieces I’m eyeing:
ASOS Rose Gold Ear Climbers | ASOS Sheer Embroidered Top | Aerie Bralette | BLANK NYC Suede Moto Jacket | Zara Rose Gold Metallic Bag | H&M Ripped Jeans | similarย Leopard Heels
