So excited to be trying Rimmel London’s Stay Matte Foundation just as the temps are starting to heat up! In the Winter I have combination skin – super dry in some places & oily in others, but in the Summer my skin gets shiny super fast and caking on shine reducing powder again and again is NOT a good solution, but matte foundation just might be exactly what I’m looking for!
I’ve never tried a liquid mousse foundation, but love how light weight it felt. It only took a pea sized amount to cover my entire face & with a foundation brush it went on so smooth! My face looked exactly the same at 8am when I applied it as it did at 8pm when I washed it off, no shine whatsoever. Usually I dust my foundation with oil absorbing powder but there was NO need for that with this!
I finished off my look with bronzer, blush, highlighter, mascara, brow powder & a berry lipstick…because when your skin looks this good you want it to be the focal point of your look!
