Morning me has not been a happy camper the past few days. Why you ask?…because I’m awake every night until midnight watching Olympic coverage on TV & I definitely learned something about myself from the games…
I could never be a competitive athlete.
I have anxiety just watching some of the events…swimming, gymnastics, volleyball…I literally catch myself clenching my hands & holding my breathe when its a close finish. I’d probably faint if I was ever under that much pressure.
