What little girl isn’t being Elsa (or Anna) this year for Halloween?? Well this girl right here hasn’t quite grown up from the days of dreaming of being a Disney Princess & since every other word out of my 3 year old cousin’s mouth is “frozen” I knew I’d have to do something related to it for my favorite holiday, Halloween, this year! While I’m not entirely sure I’m going to dress up as the Ice Princess on the 31st this year it was SO much fun creating this look I’m thinking I need to find the perfect costume to match!
