Classic Holiday Makeup with Luminess Air

You’ve already read my Easy Flawless Skin Airbrush Makeup Tutorial & A Beginner’s Guide To Airbrush Makeup so for my third airbrush post I’m using my Luminess Air System to create a classic holiday makeup look. If you don’t use your airbrush system regularly I highly suggest breaking it out for the holidays because it’s the easiest (and in my opinion fastest) way to get a flawless complexion that will last from the beginning to the end of all your Christmas parties!

To create this bold lipped classic holiday look I used Luminess Air Mystic Airbrush Foundation, Luminess Air Infinity Longwear Mascara and Luminess Air Lipgloss! I also added a bold wine colored lipstick under the gloss and a few falsies! I’m not really one to use lipgloss, but this gloss was so incredibly shiny and not sticky at ALL (a huge pet peeve of mine) so I knew I had to give it a try. 2016 has definitely been the year of the matte lip, but I’m here to remind you that glossy lips will never go out of style, especially when you’re looking for a festive party look.

I’m also VERY picky when it comes to mascara and this Infinity Longwear Mascara is SO good. I’ve used it every single day since the day I created this look and that’s saying a lot for me. It leaves your lashes wispy and perfect for that doe eyed look which I love when I’m keep my eye makeup simple. I added false lashes to this look because I always like to up the ante when it comes to holiday makeup and a few well places falsies are the best way to do it with a classic look like this.

As for Luminess Air Mystic Foundation, it’s more full coverage than their Silk Foundation which in my opinion is perfect for the Holidays. I also think that if you aren’t that confident using an airbrush system to apply makeup than this is probably a good foundation for you because you don’t need to apply more than one layer to achieve the look you’re going for. Complete coverage with less makeup and it lasts 18+ hours. I did my makeup around 10am then spent the day shooting these & these in the freezing cold windy weather, then went out to dinner, by the time I took my makeup off around 10pm it looked the exact same as it did in these photos.
